With more than 15 years of experience, Rita offers to all participants a unique chance to approach the original homemade southern Italian cooking. Regardless of the confidence you have with your pots and pans, our courses will intrigue you either for the genuine passion for food, for the curiosity in learning new recipes or just for the simple pleasure of cooking. In one word, an unforgettable experience!

Offer details:
You have the choice to combine a stay with the cooking classes (minimum 2 people) or just experience the "à la carte" cooking classes (minimum 4 people).

  • Half-day class: Cooking class in the afternoon and dinner for 70 € per person (dinner included)..
  • One day class: Visit and shopping at the Mola di Bari food market, cooking class in the morning or visit a dairy farm to discover the production of fresh cheese such as burrata, ricotta or mozzarella, cooking class in the afternoon for 150 € per person (lunch and dinner included).

    A friendly atmosphere, a refined table and the traditional cuisine prepared with quality ingredients from the garden or from local producers carefully selected by the B & B owners will appeal to lovers of good food and fine wines. Cooking classes are suitable for all levels ! Some of the dishes that will urge you to have a finger in the pie or just sit down and savor : Syracuse style spaghetti with clams and « Pachino » cherry tomatoes; Pasta with wild fennel, Corinth raisins and pine nuts sprinkled with breadcrumbs; Lemon sorbet and Cuccia with fresh ricotta and mulled wine.

    Offer details:
    Half-day: 110 euros/person (dinner, 1 bottle of wine and coffee). A drink is offered during the cooking class. Maximum 4 participants.
