With more than 15 years of experience, Rita offers to all participants a unique chance to approach and learn more about the original homemade Apulian and Southern Italian cooking. Regardless of the confidence you have with your pots and pans, the courses will intrigue you either for the genuine passion for food, for the curiosity in learning new recipes or just for the simple pleasure of cooking. In one word, an unforgettable experience!

Offer details:
The cooking classes can be organised in the morning or in the afternoon. You have the choice to combine a stay with the cooking classes or just experience the "à la carte" cooking classes without the stay.

  • Morning class with lunch: shopping with the owner at the local market and small producers, preparation of the traditional focaccia and panzerotti (small pies) at the Masseria. Visit a dairy farm to discover the production of fresh cheese such as burrata, ricotta or mozzarella.
    Price per person: 70 euros lunch and drinks included.

  • Afternoon class with dinner: Shopping at Mola di Bari fish market and small producers to get some fish and vegetables for the dinner. You'll also have the chance to make fresh pasta like the « orecchiette » or the « cavatelli ». Get ready for a generous and different gastronomic experience.
    Price per person: 90 euros dinner and drinks included.
