When terroir meets modernity
The castle, built between 17th and 18th centuries, shelters an old oil-mill and a wine-cellar today used as a wine tasting room exposing old oak barrels. During a wine tasting session, one can appreciate the character and the identity of the wines produced in the region. The restaurant offers a gastronomic cuisine. Most of the products used in the kitchen comes from the personal organic orchard of the chef. A light lunch à la carte can be ordered in the pool area. Breakfast is served in the spacious halls of the castle or in the old kitchen. A special mention to the careful selection of regional products like honey, fresh cheese and yoghurt.
