The owner Alberto, fell in love years ago with these lands and decided with his wife to leave his previous activity and transform the abandoned vineyards into a sustainable organic agriculture. As they didn't want to keep the beauty of this place just for themselves, they undertook the restoration of the house and decided to transform it into a small luxury hotel. You will appreciate the agriturismo for its intimate atmosphere, its stylish decoration, its comfortable spaces, its tranquility and its magnificent views of the countryside. The panoramic terrace, a modern and comfortable SPA with a view on the vineyards, a fitness room, a gourmet table exclusively reserved for guests, a beautiful swimming pool with a solarium overlooking the countryside make this hotel a special place to stay. 17 hectares including mainly Verdicchio and Lacrima di Morro d'Alba grape varieties surround the property. Tastings of the organic wines and visits to the amazing cellar can be organized on site.
The agriturismo enjoys a perfect location close the towns of Morro d'Alba, Recanati, Urbino, the cities of Ancona and Jesi, the Monte Conero natural Park and the Sybilline Mountains. The sandy beaches can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

7 rooms comfortable and tastefully decorated in a chic and contemporary style, of different sizes and typologies, equipped with all comforts: bathroom, TV, safe, mini-bar, air conditioning, wifi connection, terrace with countryside's views. The suites for 2 to 5 people have a fully equipped kitchen and a living-room. The luxury suite of 55m² is located on the first floor of the house. A laundry area is available for free to guests. Bath towels are provided by the hotel.
