Located in the beautiful countryside of Perugia, less than 2km away from the medieval town of Agello, this charming country house is surrounded by a magnificent park nested in the heart of an enchanting landscape. A perfect place to relax and to enjoy wonderful views over the hilly Umbrian countryside.
A salt water swimming pool, bordered by fields of olive trees, oaks and centuries old cypresses, a solarium as well as various outdoor spaces complete the features of the villa. If you want to wander around, a small path going through the wood and the olive grove takes you around the estate. The 17th century rural house has been completely renovated in respect of the original and local architecture and offers two independent apartments, both spacious and comfortable. One can accommodate up to 5 persons while the other one is suitable for 6 to 8 persons. The house can be rented either for exclusive use or for 2 separate groups or families (except in high season). A barbecue area and an open kitchen are located in a secluded zone of the garden. To discover the regional gastronomy, a typical Umbrian dinner is available on request and will be prepared on site by local cooks. During your stay you will have the opportunity to taste the extra virgin olive oil produced by this agriturismo. A welcome basket with regional salted and sweet delicacies is offered upon arrival.
The villa is ideally located in the midst of the countryside, at less than 20km from Perugia. From there, one can discover the lovely towns of Tuscany and Umbria as well as the gastronomic traditions of the region. Make sure you visit the charming medieval villages of Torgiano, Bevagna, Assisi, Montepulciano, Cortona, Orvieto and Todi. Trasimeno lake, with its bushy hills, olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields, is just at 7km away from the agriturismo. Do not miss a visit to the beautiful islands of Maggiore, Minore and Polvese.

Arrangement:
The apartment for 4/5 persons is tastefully decorated in a rustic style. It has an independent entrance, 2 double bedrooms, one single room, 3 bathrooms with shower, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas cooker, TV, heating, Wi-Fi connection, patio sheltered by a pergola and equipped with outdoor armchairs, table and chairs. This apartment is not air conditioned because it keeps a constant fresh temperature during summertime.
The apartment for 6/8 persons is decorated with antiques, ancient paintings and antique furniture. It has an independent entrance, 3 double bedrooms, one single room, 3 bathrooms (bath or shower), living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas cooker, TV, air conditioning/heating, and Wi-Fi connection. Access to the garden is made via the entry door. Table and chairs can be placed in the garden if you wish to have dinner outside. Linen is provided.
