Fusilli, Candele, Calamarata, Orecchiette, Cavatelli, Tagliolini… There are more than 300 formats in Italy and each has its own sauce!

During this cooking workshop, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make a special Sardinian fresh pasta, discover a traditional recipe with our chef, and pair the pasta shapes with the perfect sauce.
On the menu for this workshop:

  • 1 typical Apulian pasta shape and a specialty: Cavatelli with tomato sauce and strong ricotta
  • 1 typical Sardinian ravioli shape and a specialty: Culurgiones with tomato sauce and basil
A glass of wine or alcohol-free drink included.
