The eternal question: which pasta shape and for which sauce?

Fusilli, Candele, Calamarata, Orecchiete, Cavatelli, Tagliolini… There are more than 300 formats in Italy and each has its own sauce!

During this cooking workshop, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to shape pasta, discover a traditional recipe with our chef, and pair the pasta shapes with the perfect sauce. On the menu for this workshop:

  • 1 typical Apulian pasta shape and a specialty: Cavatelli with tomato sauce and strong ricotta
  • 1 typical Sardinian ravioli shape and a specialty: Culurgiones with tomato sauce and basil
